Townhall 7 almost maxed how worth is it to drop from 1410 to under200? Got 2 barracks to go to lvl 9 and my walls (140) to max. Troops and spells all set. Any thoughts?

I do it about once a week and I love it.
Then shoot back up to a normal trophy level? What do you usually get for loot a day
