You can't be attacked while online

You have to be offline.

In BB you get 4 hours/day to attack, then you can be attacked while online - does this concept exist in CoC?

Only in a very limited sense. After 6 consecutive hours of playing with no breaks, you are forced off for 10 minutes while your villagers rest.

It does not.
There is a personal break after 6 hours of continously playing, then you could log in again after and raid. Yayz!
