You can farm, it is going to be a little harder but not impossible.
stay high up near g1 and c3 there's mostly th 9's and 10's there to attack
also I would learn to use hog riders as these put a huge dent in th 9's defenses and th 10's if there infernos are unloaded.
Here are some comps I use hopefully they'll help you.
I use 2 healers 12-20 giants 4 wiz 12-15 hogs 8 wb rest archers and barbs or just archers
cc full of wizards witch or hog riders (whatever works for you, I get hogs from my clan)
Heal and rage spell
Basicly just clear outside building with arch/barbs then send in giants to take out nearest AD then drop healer and wizards and wait for giants to reach the core then send in two groups of hogs on both sides of the base and they should clear most of the side defenses like cannons and archer towers and maybe wiz towers and since your giants are in the middle of the base your hogs shouldn't be targeted. if your giants are dying and your healers died drop heal spell. Finally send in AQ, CC full of wiz ( if you have ) and rage spell to snipe all the loot in the center or surrounding the center, your giants should still be alive tanking for her in the center. End battle as soon as you get most of the storages because you don't want your heroes to get hurt.
second way of farmin balloonion but it seems like you already know how to do that.
third way of farming is for hitting premie semi-max th 10's with infernos

your going to want to only attack bases with this army comp if they have 400k loot in storages only because your probably only going to get 2 storages (200k loot) on a decent th 10 base, you also might want to boosts spell factory. Send in giants, wb, and a few wiz near Air Defense and drop a rage spell and wait for them to take out the AD. Then use your healer, your cc full of wizards, 2 witches, Heroes, your remaining wb (to make path to core). Witches do a great job making skeletons that take up the 5 spaces that infernos lock on to so your wizards aren't touched. Rage and maybe heal center when troops core and take as many storages as possible.
these armies train pretty fast around 40-30 minutes depending on how many wiz you bring.
or go to masters- champs and get huge collector raids and people who put their storages out side their base
but it takes a while to get to champs and every time you log off you get raided and you'll probably loose your loot so masters-champs more loot and more loot lost, crystal less loot but less loot lost and you don't have to keep trophy pushing to stay we're you wanna be.
