I don't want a push notification, because then every time I kick an inactive player they will come right back, league-less and lying about how they are active or will be active in the future. Not that they don't do this anyways, but at least I have a bit of a delay.

People that are members would find it beneficial if they are on a 3 day break waiting for upgrades to finish and they get a notification 1.5 days in they've been kicked.
Take a step into someone else's shoes. And handling complainers about being kicked is one of the responsibilities of being a leader or co-leader.
