Hello. Since yesterday, i dont get the gems i have Paid for. Its about 3500 total. Now yesterday i bought 3000. I didnt get Them. Today i wrote to Apple and Got my money back. I Thought This was a one time bug. So This evening i tried again. But still my gems didnt come to my account. Now This i 3/3 failed. This gotta be some kind og bug. Please look Into it!

I already did. But Also posting he rør on forums.. Supercell dosnt seem to respond on my mail, or is just very slow

How did you get your money back because it happened to me too?
if your using a jailbroken device then un jail break it, otherwise you have contact in game support or apple support
Mine is jailbroken and I bought some more later and it worked. But the time I bought 1200 it didn't work. I just need to get my money back and I don't know how
I have bought Many times, on This jailbroken. And never been a problem before. You contact Apple support. Either by mail or live chat. Give Them the, order ID and they Can transfer the money back. Normally they dont do it, but they did it for me
