Added time on upgrades?

It's not critical since Supercell is gaining money/time from this hidden feature. But if Supercell loses money (see the gem glitch) of course then the 1-2 guys coding CoC must leave everything on their desks to start fixing the issue and delay the next update.

This answers my question as to why the Clan Wars timer runs faster than the other timers, like for upgrades. Well...maybe its not faster. Maybe it just doesn't suffer from the same 'bug'. So maybe the Clan Wars timer is correct? If so, then my question now would be, if the War timer can run properly, why cant the other timers as well?

Obviously, it is not a game breaking bug and it makes them more money; so of course they have it as a low priority fix.

But is it frustrating for those who understand it? Absolutely.

To clarify...by Clan War timer I mean the clock counting down the 24 hour prep day and war day. So if you start an upgrade that takes 2 days at the same time a new Clan War is started, the upgrade wont be done when the Clan War is over.

Supercell makes the Clan War countdown clock accurate so why not any of the others?

because war clock is not gemmable.

I've never even noticed this before. Likely because I don't always know what time I start my upgrades but, it's definitely a gem thing. I've used gems to do things like make an upgrade go faster but the free gems you get in the game for cleaning up trees and being an idiot an actually completing the gold grab challenge.

Good one. The real answer is it's not being changed, since it encourages people to gem. I have gemmed due to the time bug. I bet a poll would show a good percentage of people have also gemmed due to the time bug.
