Added time on upgrades?

Hello, so I upgraded my wall breakers to lvl 5 5 days ago so it should be finishing about now. I only upgrade my troops after i go home from school which is about 5 pm but when I looked at the time my wall breakers will finish it sums up to 9 pm. So I'm confused because I never upgrade at 9 pm for my elixir is always full. Please help, I don't want to wait up to 9 pm because school starts early.
Edit: I forgot that I go home at around 5 pm but my lab upgrades end at 7 pm but it still sucks because 2 hrs is added

It's messing up my schedule bro. 2 whole hours added to my usual 7 pm upgrade. I noticed it on my building upgrades as well. I wake up at 5 am for school so when I play in the morning I only upgrade at 5 am but there was a time that the upgrade finishes on a Saturday so free time for me. I wake up at 6 am and it still has 20 mins to go. Damn

The time bug is a cash cow for supercell

Imagine if it reduced time instead of adding it? Or the bug gave free gems away? Do we think it'll still be in the code & not been resolved?

I think its been intentionally added. Love to see the numbers, and how much this time bug brings in

Besides, is 'bug' really a fair representation of the problem? Its 100% do not believe its a bug. Its been inserted intentionally

Imagine the horror if you have to leave a builder not working for a while? Even without the time bug it is not that uncommon for a player to have something else to do so he/she will be unable to log in when a builder gets free.

It takes over a year to max your base so does it really matter if you sometimes leave a builder not working for a night or so?

Just like the heroes' clock, they don't match the other clocks. A sneaky way of Supercell to make you gem your training and upgrade times.

Did u read the OP? He is expressing concern about time added. You may not care but the OP does

Seriously this is not a cash cow nor was it intentional, putting forward these statements just makes you look daft and feeds other stupid people.


Lets take the example above. OP is out by 2hrs on a 5 day upgrade. He has two choices, he can wait the extra 2 hours or he can gem the extra 2 hours. Ask yourself, how many people are waiting to the second for when a troop is upgraded? I know I never once cared and all my troops are max, not once have I thought Óh that troop should have been ready an hour ago'.

Having noticed the bug how many people then decide oh I just cant wait an extra 2 hours for my goblins to go from lvl4 to 5 I have to gem the extra time now?

Once we have reached that small number of people who decide to gem the extra time, how much does 2 hours of upgrade time cost in gems? 20 gems maybe? Which equates to about 40c. Hardley a cash cow is it?

It is a bug but Im sure the analysis on the amount of time required to fix and deploy the bug against the added benefit to the game result in the bug being given a low priority.
