Cheddar the gold can easily be refunded, and what would you recommend if the leader becomes inactive?

Building a clan from scratch is PAINFUL given the recruiting tools currently available. There are really only two choices. A) recruit like a fiend from global and have a clan full of bickering mental midgets and slowly weed them out as your nearly full clan attracts quality members or B) try to recruit quality players one at a time to your lower number clan. Both of these are very slow and can be quite painful. Having done it twice I would say that ANY means of taking a clan away from the leader is a horrible, terrible, awful, bad idea. If you think you can lead a clan better you would have started one already.

i couldnt make a clan myself i dont have the time to create one and it would be unfair to other members me being leader because of the time i cant put in due to work

but tp come back at your comments you say its painfull, think of the members who started the clan with you theu put just as much effort into it as the leader of most clans then all of a sudden the leader becomes inactive doesnt play anymore, or he gets bored and abuses his position, so those members gotta pay the price due to one person?

Whenever i read an idea like ths, thats the first thing through my mind......how long will it take for some trolls to join and screw everything up?

Theres ways around trolls, like maybe only elders up gets to vote so that you cant get trolls join and ruin a clan

and you can adjust your settings to the clan as invite only so that trolls cant get into the clan

I actually like the idea.

Give it a league season. If the league season ends without the leader getting on 3 days or more in it, then the poll should be opened to clan members.

Because if the poll was open all the time, all members could just unjustly overthrow their leader.
