Basically, I wanted to upgrade my archers to level 5 so I have started saving elixir, however I now have one million and just remembered that I can only store two million elixir and that upgrade costs 2.25 million and the upgrade for my storage takes two days... The only other upgrade I could do on a unit that I use even slightly often is dragons level 2 but the statistics don't really look like much of an improvement to me... Can anyone give me an insight? Is the level two upgrade worth it?

I never really used drags till I got lv2 but I must say that lv2 drags are strong:D

I find lvl2 drags to be much more resistant. I never used lvl1 drags much, I upgraded the dragon as soon as my barracks finished the upgrade to level 9. Go with the upgrade.

Level 2 dragons are a blast to use. I didn't get the appeal when I had level 1 dragons, updated to level 2 and they are a whole different beast.

in my opinion
I think always max out archers, barbs and gobs. These troops, once upgraded help a lot more earning the resources you need for bigger projects like dragons.
I also don't suggest dragons unless you're going for trophies but if this is your last upgrade to do (even if you have Balloons and wiz left) upgrade the dragons.
My preference for upgrading
-Archers
-Barbs
-Gobs
-Giants
-Wall Breakers
-All Spells (no need for Jump Spell at TH9 though X D)
-Healer
-Dragon
-P.E.E.K.A
-Wizard
-Balloon
-DE troops
Lol im upgrading my dragon to lvl 2 and i am TH7
People say dragon lvl 2 is awesome so im gonna use them straightaway
I like using dragons even lvl 1s
Ah I would say its worth it plus its another step closer to lvl 3.
