I am a TH 7 pretty much maxed out, but I don't know the best attack strategy to go for higher lvl TH's, I have been told that Minions and Balloons are best, any advice for me? I usually go with 1 Dragon, 2 Healers, 10 Wizards and the rest giants?

All drags or hogs are your best bet against them.
First look at the base. Then look how much possible resource you can gain. Then look at how much trophies you can gain or lose. If u think you can beat the base and get the resource, go for it.
