When you reach Town Hall 8, there are a lot of new things. Such as barbarian king (upgrading him)and loads of new upgrades. What do you buy, upgrade and use first? Well I am an experienced Town Hall 8 player and I will tell you!
When you upgrade your Town Hall, you always want to gather as many resources as possible, because you will need them! You mostly just want to build your walls and upgrade them to level 3-4 and keep your old base layout, for now. Then you must build all the new buildings so you can design your base accordingly. You will want to upgrade the new items, mortar to level 4,archer to 5-6, wizzard 2-3 and cannons 5-6
once you you have your base in place, I recommend you upgrade the following: 1. Clan Castle, because you can hold more troops 2. Mortars, because they are your main splash damage, but don't upgrade them all at once! 3. Wizzard Towers
