GoWiPe with Lvl1 troops- Question

How good is GoWiPe or GoWiWiPe with Lvl1 troops... i got Golem, Witch and Pekka at Lvl1 and Wizard at lvl5..

I did 3 attacks til date... 2 against medium lvl TH9 and one against a high lvl th8... i got 2 stars always, once got 92%..but never 3...is it good to get 3 stars??

I think it should be enough for a maxed out TH8 or medium-high lvl Th9... wat kinda bases is it good for, where is it not good... any information would be much appreciated...

Wouldn't recommend using GoWiWiPe. :rolleyes:

A clan mate in my clan used GoWiPe in CWs sometimes, and his Golems were level one back then, yet his Pekka's were level three though. And I don't know if he's ever tried GoWiWi (it does rely - or better said, did - on high level heroes most of the time to get the two-star).

I'm using GoWiPe as a TH 8 and I use what you're using (minus the witches).

I would say that it's a consistent 2 star against other TH's your Lvl. It's not really made for total domination with Lvl 1 troops but it does a good job of being able to take out 50% and the TH.

The bases you want to look for are the larger bases with a lot of empty space between each building. Albeit, the ones's with only 2-3 layers of wall you need to break through.

Like Hogs and GoWiPe work in opposites: Hogs take on compact bases while GoWiPe is the opposite - loves the open bases.

I use
2x L1 Golem + 1xL5 from Clan Castle
3x L1 Pekka
15x L5 Wixard
Rest wb
L15 AQ and L12BK
2 rage, 1 ligthning, 1 heal
I usually 3 star most of the top TH9 bases. at worst it is 2 star 70%

pick one side, deploy 2 golems at corners, then release cc golem to middle, then send wbs and wizard to clear middle and after clearing around send pekkas so they go straitgh forward and don't walk around. then send heroes, use spells wisely.

BAM is better and cheaper (if your barbs/arch are minimum level 5)

I have used gowipe and i recommend u dont attack higher lvl bases because the lvl 1 gowipe isn't so effective against those but for clan war attacks it's perfect u just have to learn to use it and the ideas behind it and then u can conquer almost anything on ur lvl.true it is expensive and therefore the players that use it gem it and don't care about resources but only trophies

I asked this for war. We used to do hogs like others before, but now because of the update we arent able to hog all the bases. So was thinking about new strategies and found this. It is quite interesting, i think with a few raids just for practice I can get better. I just need to be a bit more patient with it.

The only other strategy ppl are using as i see is all drags..

What have you guys been using the war??

Depending on base: Hogs / Dragons / GoWiPe

I'm saving up for balloons Lvl 5 and the balloonian strategy is really good at TH 9 maxed troops of course.

Are u sure about this DinoGello... yes the balloonian strategy is good but at maxed th9 base?? One of my clan mates is awesome at balloonian but a th9 base is too hot to handle with lvl5 balloons...

Lvl5 balloons go to waste against maxed th9 base, they have no chance if the base is correctly planned. They are still strong enough to pushing if you just choose your targets; one of the most secure troops to win a battle.
