I spent most of my th10 life in Crystal I and Masters III. Those ranges were great for looning and DE. Masters tends to be reliable but can have bad days where lower range farming can vary a lot (which drove me crazy). Sometimes it's better sometimes it is not
I'd DE isn't important to you lower is probably easier but with DE higher is better
TH9 here, I found C3 and C2 to be extremely dry.
