Pick who to attack

I've looked and searched but could find no answer
Can you pick who to attack?
Is there a Map or something ?

Click "attack"

No. When you select Attack, the game server would match up a random base depending on your trophy count.
You can accept that and proceed to attack or click "Find Next Match" for another random base.

There is also a Revenge option to attack those people who have attacked you.

Thanks I know this but I've seen "it looks like you have some TH9 around you" you can't SEE anything? what is meant by that

Never seen that, it does not make sense.

I did not make sense of half of what's on this thread. But good thing that OP found what he's looking for, it looks like.
