Would you think twice about attacking someone if you could see what they had in their army camps? Mainly if you could see that they have lvl 5-6 troops that they could revenge you with.
You can get a general idea by looking at their lab.
Lab 7 = Level 6 troops
Lab 6 = Level 5 troops
