Reduce Loot Penalty in Crystal or higher leagues

What is it with people who get to TH10 and then expect the game suddenly to be easy?

If you can't defend against TH8 bases when you are TH10 then maybe you need to look at your base.

The number of TH8 bases getting into Crystal is not "out of control", and they are not "exploiting the loot penalty". Maybe they are just better at the game than you are. If you can't ♥♥♥♥ it in Crystal, why not drop some trophies to get down to where you are more comfortable.

Loot penalty is only applied after calculated loot.

For a TH10, the maximum u can get fr storage is 10%.
TH9 is 12%
TH8 is 14%
and only fr storages i may re-emphasize.

The loot penalty is then applied on top, so u will never lose all fr yr storage.

I like loot penalty!!! Cos i maxed at each TH b4 going up!

What do you mean they have no place in champion leagues? What makes th9's rightful? If a th8 player is talented and determined enough to get to champions, then they definitely do have a place there. I know Th3's in champs. Saying that anything lower then th9 does not have a place in champs is ridiculous

TH3 shouldn't be there in Champs. TH sniping requires no talent, skill or determination.

I'll agree with talent and skill. But TH sniping to Champs requires pro determination. You need to stay on basically 24/7 nexting for up to weeks at a time (outside of shield-riding) because you're only getting like 5 trophies every snipe - and there's basically no-one to snipe since everyone cares about trophies. Then when someone finds you and 100%s you, you will lose 30 or more trophies.

Where did I speak about defense? I can defend against TH8 just fine. I can defend against TH10 just fine. The post has nothing to do with defense.

It has to do with the fact the game makes it far too easy for lower halls, while punishing the hell out of TH10 regardless of the league they are in. That is where it is all wrong, different leagues should have different conditions to give them meaning. Not just more bonus loot.

I never expect it to be easy, but the loot penalty should not be forever. It should ONLY exist to stop high halls preying on the weak in low leagues - which IS it's intended purpose.

I assume then that if you can defend against TH8 "just fine", then they will not be getting anywhere near your storages, so the loot penalty is not a problem for you.;) The loot penalty is to penalise people who rushed their TH upgrade. You should have much more powerful defences and much stronger walls to defend your storages. I haven't seen your base so I can't comment directly, but if TH8's are causing you so much trouble with the loot penalty then maybe you are doing something wrong.

"Boo hoo, xxx is overpowered and when people attack me my loot is handed to them on a plate. Make it harder for people to get loot."

"Boo hoo, I can't find easy loot handed to me on a plate.. Make it easier to get loot"

And of course my favourite:

"Boo hoo, Supercell don't care about special little me, they just want to make money"

Again, you prove your inability to read. My thread has absolutely nothing to do with my TH10 base defending.

I am simply pointing out that the loot penalty, which affects me searching for opponents should be phased out in higher leagues.

The loot penalty SHOULD protect lower halls from been preyed on in low leagues. It however should not give them impunity to come into higher leagues and poke whoever they like in any league with no consequence for their actions sans LOL trophies.

Why does the game even have leagues if they don't mean anything? That is my point, make the leagues mean something.
