Clan hoppers are extremely annoying for everyone so a way to stop them is by being able to brand them clan hopper on their profile so other clans will reject them so they wont be able to harm any clans. This ability to brand should only be given to clan leaders
I agree completely or if a person has jumped X amount of clans a day he could be branded. Great idea.
i wish, but the problem is that there are irresponsible people who would bran you for fun. and being branded after jumping so many times may not work due to people who go and visit their friends in other clans. but great thinking!
I suppose in that sense it is a little idealistic

3 star system: for the time loyal to the clan, start at zero, 1 day = 1 star, 1 week = 2 star, 1 month = 3 star.
3 dot system: for the ratio* between giving end asking troops, red for ask-alot, orange for balance, green for give-alot
second system can be clan independent(aka personal)
*optional this ratio can be elixer related, not just quantities!
The (16)combinations of the two completely automated gages, gives all players a "feeling" about the others on wich they can decide what they want to do with it.

if some one enters a clan, asked for troops and leaves within 30 min, then clan members should have the option to mark him as a "Hopper", which prevents him from joining any clans in 1 h or 2 h.
Alternatively, when someone leaves a clan (for whatever reason), clan can mark him with a "H" status. The "H" status wears off in 12 h, but has stacking effect! ---meaning if the hopper is marked by multiple clans in the last 12 h, his "H" label goes from green to yellow to orange to red! This is a clear indication of what this person has been doing.
May it will be a little bit too complicated to implement, but I would like to see something similar happening.
