SJANA is comprised of mostly folks in their 20s and 30s. We war back to back and have won a total of 31 wars. Our members range from level 45 to 94. Without doing the math, I would say our average level is in the mid 60s. We have grown slowly since January 2014 as we recruit slowly so that everyone gets to know one another. We pick members that are team players, willing to donate and are as excited about a new war as all the leaders are. We promote based off the usual donations and time spent in clan but also based off of personality and fit for clan. The leaders tend to be pretty mellow without a huge amount of rules. We look for people with common sense and who understand that we have to work together as a team to grow and win. Those that are selfish whether in war or donation do not last very long in this clan. Leadership is very organized. All leaders share a google hangouts chat where we discuss ideas for the clan, promos, demos, kicks and strategy. We also have launched our new forum: SJANA.us.to

Easily the best clan I've been in. Great, laid back group (adults of course); awesome leaders. We're super dedicated to wars and the game in general. A lot of fun, SJANA is all around great!
