No. There are at most 10 people without max heroes. Following your logic any hero level under 40 can't be a high hero level, which is ridiculous.

I guess I proved that your argument is invalid. As everyone else here except you stated, TH9 is a high townhall level. Deal with it.

tl;dr: Following your logic, any unmaxed hero level including 39 must be low or mid and that's just ridiculous.

For me

"You always have maxed storages!" - well yes.... because all my upgrades are 6.4 mil or more!

"Now do you find so much DE?" - Th10, high trophy range - actually becomes allot more like elixir for raiding at Th10

"Why don't you speed farm? (barch, BAM etc)" - infernos stop farming comps in there tracks, usually

"Why don't you 3 star low Th10's in CW?" - even a Th8 (functionally) base with 3 X-bows and 2 disco infernos set on maxed is tougher than a fully maxed Th9 (which for the record is dumb)

If i go out and say that in my opinion an all WB attack is too OP,whould it mean that it is right? no,it's a stupid opinion,and the fact contradict the opinion
