Need Help Getting to Champion League

So, as the title states, I need help becoming a champ. I currently reside at 2723 trophies but seem to be losing steam. Loonion (the strategy I'm using) has worked great for me so far, but I'm not the best at it. The main problem I seem to be facing is that I don't gain trophies fast enough. What I mean by that is that I will search for 20-30 minutes just to get 5-7 trophies. Some advice I see often handed out is to "only attack if you are certain you will get at least one star" which I use, but I end up searching forever and blah blah blah. Anyways, I've lost a lot in the past and it has, you could say "scarred me" into skipping so many bases that I eventually end up picking a base to attack and failing. Anyways, I can't seem to pass the Master 2 mark and need help, thanks. Also, I have level six loons and level five minions.

Have you ever considered using dragloons or dragloonions? They are stronger, but require more training time. If you have any air experts in your clan, you should ask them for advice about your replays.

How many of each troop?

Im currently in a push myself up to champs and i have a trophy count of 2805. I never attack a base that has less than 27 cups showing unless i can two star. I use bloonian as well since im a th9 and dont have freeze spells. Personally i would suggest watching Witelightning tutorial on bloonian its very helpful and he gives a glimpse on what bases are appropiate to attack. also if you stugging with a comp i use 3 rage, 1 lightning, 22 loons, and 55 minions

Champions is a pretty big milestone before you hit it...
It's the last league CoC has provided to Chiefs.
I personally have no idea how to shoot up the leagues like a star.
Instead, I, myself need help on how the Balloonian Strategy works.



Though... I have heard people using the two strategies to be promoted into a new league.
GoWiWi - Golems, Witches & Wizards.
GoWiPe - Golems, Wizards & PEKKAz.

As noted above, GoWiWi and GoWiPe are both great trophy pushing strats that work most of the time!

At 2700s I highly doubt that you struggle to find 10 cups, I would say keep finding bases to your liking so I'm a keen ballooner, look for Xbows down, Air defs Centralises, Archer towers exposed and lots of outside buildings.
