This is an excellent idea :D I was going to make a thread to suggest it myself. I am sure that Supercell has already been alerted to this idea - it is a fairly basic component for a multiplayer game that let's you team with people. I hope that this comes soon!
you new members have to read the sticky, its been suggested already and supercell isnt thinking on implementing it any time soon.
To be fair, the forum advises me to search the forums for similar topic before posting ideas of my own. So I followed the guidelines by deciding to search this topic, identify the most recent thread and post my support.Quote:

As Cristian suggests read the sticky guys and also this has been suggested over and over again.
Some of the more frequent ideas which have not been ruled out (Does not imply they are coming soon, just not ruled out)
* Clan vs Clan wars
* Improve in-game communication
* Online/Last online status
* Easier way to rearrange/readjust village
* Village construction mode / saving layouts
* Blacklist/Ban specific users from your own clan
* Automated reinforcement requests/trap-bomb replacement upon successful defense
* Specific troop type reinforcement requests and/or ability to release certain reinforcements
* Way to turn on all range circles at once to check for max overlap/weak areas
* Dueling Arena/Challenge Battles/Simulator/Sandbox
* Add a 2nd radius circle on Hidden Tesla for the trigger range
* Ability to rearrange barracks troop queue without removing/re-adding
* Add an attack battle log similar to defense battle log
* Modify troop donation statistics to include weekly (no resetting) and received
* Defensive spells or totems
* Lightning rod trap / tesla absorb lightning attack
These ideas have not been ruled out, but are NOT scheduled to be worked on at this time:
* More leadership roles/tiers
* Increase clan size to (75/100/etc.)
* Customizable clan flag/symbol
* Save attack replays as well as defense
* More automation/control over troop builds (build to order/unlimited production for example)
* Increase replay duration beyond last 4 - at least since last logon, perhaps last 2 days
These ideas have been ruled out by the developers - please do not start new threads asking for them, they will be closed:
* Donating resources or gems to other players
* An exchange building to convert elixir to gold and vice-versa
* Assigning multiple builders to one build/upgrade
* Player search function
* Ability to change village name
** Not really a game idea, but since I have nowhere else to put it - Supercell is focusing on the iOS version of Clash of Clans - and has no intention of releasing an Android/PC/Mac or other platform version in the near future.
You two gotta get lives. All the bases are covered in that sticky. And this idea is listed as one that is not ruled out. How do you get something? Ask. Ask. Ask. Still don't have it? Ask again. Once more? Sure.
