Gonna need a lot more detail. Health, how long are the affects, any damage, how many targets, radius it affects, how much space it takes up..
I agree with the post above, this idea lacks too much detail.
It becomes archers hard to sustain mortor shots if they are freezed for a moment as mortors can oneshot kill archers of same level..... I like the idea though,make a detail description of all the stats amd a puc if possible
