credit for donations

being a clan leader can be frustrating. my clan stays full and is coming along quite nicely for being so new, but i am having trouble managing clan wars.
first, i would like more room to post the war rules/strategy...something more substantial/lengthier than a mail, and something more private (and longer) than clan info. strategy changes from war to war, so it would be nice if the leader/co's of a clan could send out war guidelines prior to raiding...guidelines that wouldn't be hampered by the time and length limitations that affect sending clan mail.
second, and this goes for both clan war and regular; please attach names to donated troops. not only would it be nice to give credit where credit is due, but i like to impose strict rules on donating only what is requested and donating only certain troops during clan wars (goes back to the guidelines i was referring to above). id like to be able to get rid of the people who continually violate the donation policy, but the only way to do that is to be at my iPad 24/7, which is obviously impossible. people like to donate stupid troops to up their donations or use your requests as their own personal dump, and i believe we have an easy way to identify them and keep everyone honest.

I would like your second idea, so that we can see who is donating what. Because I would rather someone who donates 200 archers, (200 total donates) over someone who donates 1000 spaces worth of giants.

But your first idea is ruled out. Taken directly from the sticky:

*Add other clan requirements to apply besides trophies, ex: Specific troop lvl, TH lvl, lab lvl, game lvl
*Customizable clan flag
*Add ability to send short message to rejected applicants similar to when expelling
*A large text area for clan rules that just the clan can see (separate from public clan description)
