Did you connect it to anything at all? Even social media like Facebook? If not, I'm afraid your village may be irretrievable.

If you sent a ticket to support, you will have to wait 1-2 months or more for a reply. I know it's a long time, but it's the best they can do.
Facebook doesn't help with safeguarding, only GC and G+.
