Trying to max townhall 8

I have been here for 2 months as a townhall 8 and it's starting to take a little bit longer to upgrade things.is there any tips on getting a maxed townhall 8 quicker?

Do you want to max walls and hero as well or just defences?

Yes I would like to but I want townhall 9 but I don't want to rush

Just wait it out.. Max town hall 8s usually take 3-5 months. Going to town hall 9 without a max town hall 8 base is a nooby mistake and I will usually 3 star you :)

My clanmate , a TH8 , farms at 1050-1150 trophy range with barch and gets a 350k gold and elixir every once in a while...

Gold 2 is great for finding abandoned bases. I am a th8 almost maxed i would say that getting all of your walls to lvl 7 and a few skulls is good enough. Make sure all of your lab upgrades are done with the troops that you use. Also get all of your barracks to lvl 10 and max EVERY defense. If you need de crystal league is good but exspensive on gold. Just boost your spell factory and find exposed town halls, then snipe the townhall and use 3 lightning spells on DE storages as long as they have 2000+ de

I fill my storage(6 millions) every 2 days using barch at trophies bet 1350-1550. if u have extra gems u can use it to accelerate barracks'es. it give u attack every five min each attack with +150 000 gold & elixir

Don't bother making or using dark troops. They're a waste of dark elixir because you want to upgrade your hero and dark troops are not needed.

I always laugh when TH7 use dark troops.

You'll find lots of bases with 300K gold/elixir in the gold3-gold2 range and you can attack frequently with barbs and archers. If you win too many attacks, take out 4-5 archers and just snipe collectors for 22 minutes while a new army is being made. Since heroes were made to be sort of agoraphobic collector sniping is much more profitable.

I'm almost max just need walls and u just have to keep raiding a lot use armies that don't take a long time to train also get at least 4builders I got my th8 in september 2013 and I'm not done yet but I'm close so keep clashing
