Well I've seen worse. Your main defences are triangulated which is a good start but there are a few things you could do

1. Save your gems and get more builders, 2 doesn't cut it. 4-5 is best
2. get mortars up to 6 or you'll be barched easily
3. wiz towers to 5-6
4. move your traps and giant bombs inside walls and place between defences to protect against hogs

You need to uh.... work on that base. My tip, do not, I REPEAT, do not rush to Town Hall 9. Max out your town hall 8 as I am working on. Level up your mortars so you wont get barch rekt. Good luck.
