I got a response by email from Supercell after 3 months of waiting on a ticket about a lost village.
I responded to the email and provided every piece of information that they asked for in the email. What kind of a response time am I looking at now? Please don't tell me I'm looking at 3 more months of waiting.
It will probably be 1-2 days so please be patience.

They have yet to begin to solve them.
Well, I got the "Your help request has been passed on to our specialized support team to ensure that your issue gets the attention that it requires. They will get back to you as soon as they can." message on July 4th and still haven't gotten my village back or any further response. I hope you won't have to wait as long. :D
Though from what I've seen on the forum, after they've asked for all the info the response/recovery time is usually about 2 days. :)

with that 3 months, you should have restarted and have reached your current level. LOL unless you have paid $$ in that previous base of yours or have reached high levels of buildings...
Sorry, man. I feel your pain, I've already waited well over 3 months since my 1st ticket and now I've got to wait some more. It's not actually the waiting itself that's hard but the uncertainty of when/if you're getting your village back.Quote:

Well Supercell do have a very high amount of problems they have to fix, don't worry I doubt your problem isn't that big
