Do you ever have people who abuse the no ratio requirements rule? If so, how do you deal with them?

Hi.
We occasionally have an imbalance in a clanmates donation v receipt.
it's usually because they have a need....a target, a push, sitting on a stash, etc!
everyone here is mature enough to deal with it.
so...never had an ongoing serious problem.
some people here are just itching to donate...
If I thought there was a serious abuse issue, then I would gently point it out.
If it persisted then I would give a final warning.
finally....the inevitable outcome.
But....in 8 months I have never had cause to resort to any single one of these steps.
