Punish clan hoppers

I'm pretty sure this is a big problem, people come into a clan, ask for elder, if they get it they kick ppl, if they don't they leave. Perhaps leaving a clan should loose you 10-15% of trophies and or XP to discourage clan hopping. Getting kicked has no penalty. Just my two cents.

People leave clans to visit other clans. This would completely kill that. Not only that, but what if you want to leave and start a feeder? Or perhaps your clan is inactive and you want to leave? Did you think of any of these things before you suggested this?
