Do any of you guys play on Ipad mini? If so how does it compare to a normal Ipad. Also does anyone see a difference playing on a retina display?

i've got a mini. i find the iPad too big and awkward and the mini is the perfect size for me. there's rumour of a retina mini coming out later this year but don't hold your breath.
I want an iPad Mini, but slower CPU and no retina is a deal breaker for me. Currently have an iPad... but it's too big to lug around. I hope new mini is coming out soon, else an Android tablet is what I'll be getting. Guess I'll just have to deal with not having Clash of Clans. :-/
Love my mini, got it as a gift. Retina should come out in the next generation. Personally I'm loving it, the portable size is just so easy to hold and a joy to play CoC on... I recently went to the store and saw a normal ipad again and couldnt believe how huge and bulky/ heavy it was. If retina comes out on the Mini in this next generation its a no brainer to go with the Mini... Then because of that Apple might withhold retina to preserve the Normal Ipad market.
I bought the ipad 2 just to play this game a few months ago, before that I was playing on a iphone 3gs and it hurt my eyes because the screen was really small.. Can't say how it compares to the ipad mini though..
I have the iPad3 with retina display. It is AMAZING
I suggest playing on a normal iPad. On iPad mini it would be harder to rearrange base when needed.
Another ipad mini user here, love it. I've used it on the bus, in waiting rooms... anywhere there's free wi-fi. And just at home when you just want to veg on the sofa or bed, it's so easy and light to hold.
I have the iphone5 too, and never play games on it. I just find phone screens too small for my liking. I don't see much difference in terms of res between the two tbh, I don't get all the hype about retina display. It's just a lot more money for a little better contrast.
ANd whoever mentioned speed, well, my mini has never slowed up in any way during a game/video/stream
