Gowiwi or GoWipe?
Definitely GoWipe. With the new update, the heros are not longer able to be lured out and killed, which was pivotal when wanting to do a gowiwi attack. Also, the heros got nerfed so they are not as powerful, and that it is bad for go wiwi because it was hero-dependent. With GoWipe, you have pekkas which are basically smaller, yet more powerful version of your heros.
It might depend on the level of your heroes, and if you have both of them available. But I've had multiple 2-stars vs very tough TH10, using only level 4 pekkas and level 20 AQ, no BK. I don't think I could do the same with GoWiWi - it's to reliant on high powered heroes doing the real work. So yeah, I think GoWiPe, too.
BTW I don't think either has a great chance of 3 stars ... they are really both pretty reliable 2-star armies vs high-end TH10 - to get 3 stars you have to be somewhat lucky and/or attacking a prem TH10 or below.
I'm always conflicted with i do gowipe attacks tho. I've tried 2 golem 4 pekkas. I've tried 2 golem 3 pekkas rest usually 8-12 wb and wiz. Then i contemplate between reinforcement 2 witches. or 1witch and 2 reinforcement witches. hard to 3* but anything with lvl 1 inferno usually 2*.
