Please look at the war between Fire Storm and Game Of Quality. There top 6 bases are all higher level town halls (10) than ours and far more upgraded than our top guy. We have allot more town hall 6's then them. In no way this is a fair match.

Similar things happens to our clan too.that to very often.
I can concur with our clan, the Texas Infedels. The past two wars has matched us against clans with each player having a wayyy higher level than our players. The enemy clan is far superior in every single way.
I'm not positive, but the reason might be if you have a bunch of rushed bases in your clan. The game still sees them as TH9s or 10s even if their defenses are at TH7 level. This is the reason my clan kicks rushers. Once again, I'm not sure if this is the reason but it's what I think.
