I revenge attacked this guy and while scouting his village see that he has a total of 4,370,152 in elixer. 1) How does he only have 150,000 available? 2) How, when I go back to his village immediately after my attack his village is destroyed which is expected but, i go back a minute later and his village is 100% rebuilt and he still has the same exact amount of elixer? I got 95% of his base. and took all the available loot. All except 1 air defense and one wiz tower.

The second part might just be lag, but regardless of whether or not it show it, he lost exactly what you stole.

2) The reason why his base was back to 100%, was because he was active. He probably logged right on after your attack. Once a player logs on, the base is completely rebuilt.
