Members in my clan are saying they dont want to do war because they never make a profit even when we win, could the resources gained be raised? I feel like to be special war should give more loot than average attacks. Also for us there is a huge loot jump from 90,000 to 190,000 with nothing in between which seems strange.
The war loot is based on which base you attack. Tell your clan members to attack more people for more loot.
I'm usually attacking #1-#5 which gives me ~400k resources if we win.
If your clan is attacking the enemy's lowest clan members then yes the war loot bonus will be lower.
Also TH level reduction applies to war loot. Ex: 15vs15 - me at TH7 #2 if I attack the #15 I get about 15k loot.
However if I'm #15 and I attack #15, the war loot received is about 40k.
So your clan members just need to target people better.
I agree, there needs to be something done with the war loot. What about if your clan wins, your CC gets 100% filled with loot if you won both attacks no matter who you hit? 50% if you won 1 attack. And if your clan looses, it's 20%/10%.
The problem is the members cant attack stronger opponents and win. The suggested opponent for me usually offers 90,000 in loot but my attack costs 160,000. Even our stronger members who use 10 lvl 3 dragons with spells and attack the top players report a loss
This is indeed the problem, and it effects all TH lvls. I will spend 400k elixir to win 250-300k. Or 1500 DE to win 500-700.Quote:

That is one way of going about it but then your gain is dependent on your CCand players will just attack weaker opponents to get 2 wins. Im thinking more like loot is 5000 times the TH so beating a lvl 50 would be 250,000 in loot and beating a lvl 80 would be 400,000
I agree completely I spend 700k on troops and potions not to mention the cost of filling war castles (which we don't get xp for). I think resources in each base need to be doubled and so should resources gained.Quote:
