A person in my clan sent me a level 5 pekka i was pretty excited to use it so i trained my army and while I was off someone raids and pekkas gone the same thing happened when I had some witches in my clan castle. I'm sure others face the same problem. Here are few solutions.
1) have a button similar to the hero sleep button but like close gates
2) select what troops defend so only some will go and defend while others remain
please comment

This is a great idea that has been suggested many times before. It should be easy to implement too, yet for some reason it's been ignored by supercell every time it's brought up.
I have no idea why it's not in the game already, because it really needs to be.
While I definitely want this feature, unfortunately, it has been ruled out by Supercell. You can read the full list of ruled out ideas here; please take a look at that before posting another idea thread.
Not to worry, though; it's hard to get a perfect idea the first few times. Just keep thinking up unique ideas, add a bit of detail, and you'll hit gold one day. :)
