Both are still very viable comps. But it really depends on the base you are attacking.

I would say hogs, because it can help out others more if you share them whereas not everyone has a clan castle which can house golems

ill go for golem after that epic update.
+500 hitpoints on the golem or +50hp & +13dps on the hog?
honestly, i would go with the golem.
If you use them both equally then either one is a good choice. post update hogs are not dead just more base specific.
It's a win-win. I'd go Golem.
