I use wizs and balloons and can upgrade one of the choices to 4. I use them both pretty equal.

Wiz..... Cause balloons are terrible anyways until they get to level 5.
Wizards, balloons aren't that good until level 5 and up in my opinion. But that doesn't mean miss out balloons completely!
