Does changing the language actually affect the loot?

I've been watching Twitch alot lately and i have seen that many of the streamers change their language to Norsk, or Russian, Japanese etc. saying that loot loot might be better there. I also encountered a guy who claims to have farmed 2 billion in 2 months and that he has a schedule for the time of day and what language he uses. I tried it and honestly i saw no difference in loot. Keep in mind i do realize that many people change to the Norsk servers to have a more peaceful Global experience (higher level guys that just want to talk).

So does anybody have proof that changing language affects the loot?

It's just a silly superstition.

I can't believe that. But a idea could be:
(Example) You live in Germany (like me) so ure online when as an example Americans sleep. So u take an American proxy so you could get more Americans as enemy and. Could get easier collector raids... Sounds logically?

it does sound logic but it doesnt change the proxy. only the language. and it also form my experience doesnt change who you face. IE more american bases etc.

Yeah the idea was making a proxy I k ow that language-changing don't affects ur proxy but I was thinking if it would make sense to use an american proxy ;)

It doesn't, Supercell has commented on this before. False rumors started a long, long time ago!

I understand that it changes nothing systematically, but it does work for me consistently. At this point I really don't care what, if any, logic is behind it. When loot sucks, I switch servers 1-2 times and the raiding picks up. Whether it's coincidence or not, I don't know or care :).

If you look carefully at other player's names while raiding, you find that you can find a lot of other languages as their username. I've seen arabic, chinese, japanese and dutch and the official response is that changing the language doesn't affect anything.

no it doesnt.

The only thing it changes, besides the language, obviously, is the attack queue you are in. However, you can get the exact same effect by restarting the game.
