Hi there
I have twin boys each with their own clan. Somehow the one managed to highjack the other one's clan - they have no idea how they did it and Mom cant fix it. I have tried the following :
Deleted and re-installed Clash of clans
Created a new Game Centre ID
But nothing seems to work. As soon as the second one opens CoC it kicks the other one right out....
Please i need some peace in the house can anybody help?
Hi there! I am sorry to hear about your predicament. However in order for us to better help you, can you please clarify the following:
1.) Are they playing on separate Apple devices?
2.) If yes, are each of the CoCs linked to separate Apple IDs (likewise, separate GC accounts)?
If not, then that maybe the issue in and of itself.
it seems that both your kids now have the same village, that is why they are getting disconnected when both try to be online at the same time. Villages are linked to the game center account. Figure out which village is linked to which account and load it by logging in to the game center account and then opening the game. If the game progress wasn't linked to a game center account then it locally saves on the device. This is not recommended as this will result in loss of progress if another linked village is loaded using a game center account.

Christopher is quite happy to start over with a clan - bit we have no idea how to do this. As deleting and re-installing doesn't work..... neither does creating a new GC ID unless I do things wrong... which is very very possible...

Make sure they are logged in to their own GC IDs (not a new GC ID, it must be the one the kids were using before the mix up) then try opening CoC from each, one at a time. Does one of them get a pop up message asking to load another village? If yes it'll ask you if you'd like to do that, in which you'll answer Yes and be prompted to type CONFIRM and press ok and the other village will load. Hope that helps.

I think they were first playing without GC..... then I set up GC for them and i'm pretty sure thats when the drama started. Christopher said he did get a message asking if he wants Jonathan's village and he said yes.....Quote:
