Lets just say I have a Dragon in my CC and if I get raided 50% of the Dragon HP goes down. So if I get attacked again would the Dragon have 100% health or only 50%.

100%. If it's still alive, it'll regenerate. This doesn't happen often, though. Usually CC troops die after a battle.
yeah it will regenerate while in CC .. had a dragon which survived quite a few attacks on me and had gone from around 40% to 100% health. Unfortunaly I did not notice the time it takes to regenerate. Was it instant or over a period of time? Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
Im pretty sure it heals instantly, im not entirly sure though.
If the CC troops survive the fight or stay inside their castle, they get fully healed and stay inside for the next fight.
If they survive they stay if they die they go
Also, if they survive but the clan castle gets destroyed they will not be there fo the next battle

I just had a lvl 3 CC dragon face down 6 lvl 3 dragons and 3 lvl 3 PEKKAs and survive. I still took a severe financial hit, but the dragon made it through and did some serious damage to their attack!
the best part is it is still alive and ready for the next foe.
