ELDER LIMITATIONS and other available settings

I think most leaders of clan have had this problem... You don't want your elders to invite bad people or kick members willy nilly so I have come up with this idea.
Leaders would be able to choose in the clan settings (Edit thingy) whether these rules are enforced.
Elder Limitations
- Ability to kick members
- Ability to invite members
- Ability to accept/ reject members

Super cell should also add a cussing filter for clans. Many clans have rules that no cussing is allowed. Might as well remove the cussing from those clans entirely.

You could also simply not promote people if you don't want them to be able to do these things. That sounds a lot simpler to me.

Also clans absolutely do not need censoring. The filters suck, are easily circumvented, and kicking offenders is far more effective.

At least there would be some cussing restrictions with the clans. I think it would be very helpful...

I would like to promote my members with ranks other than "elder" or "Co-leader." I often find it rewarding to go up but it stops at few ranks and these guys and gals are not the at the same level. I can't promote many to Co because u can't have all chiefs and no indians. Some of these guys deserve something. In my clan, we promote within, unofficially. We have elder, advisor, war chieftain, strategizer and of course Co and Leader. We have a good bond and I would like to continue that further by rewarding them in some way.

This um...seems a bit much to me considering what actual management needs to take place. To each his own, but i don't think SC needs to spend time on this.

To be honest, the only clans that will need these limitations and other available settings are childish clans for TH 7 and below, if you suggest this to the TH 8 and above community I doubt many of them will say yes because most of the clans that hold TH 8 and above know how to run a clan and if they want the idea then they should consider what has already been commented. (don't promote people you don't trust with power, kick people if they disobey rules)

Even though my clan has 39 war wins and is well established this is a great idea. I hope this is added mate!

Great idea, however, I don't think the filter for censorship is necessary.
