Archers overrated?

Yeah archers are definitly OP.

People in my clan could only get to to Champion League with thier all-Archer army...

No if anything a archer is a cheap mans wizard. And god wizards are one of the best troops in the game ( NO DEBATE THERE). Archers are only better due to less time and less cost. I love them <3

They die because they are lvl 1s. Ever troop is worth upgrading.

If you're archers are only level 1 you definitely need to upgrade them they are really good.

I thought wizards were terrible until I started using them properly. Now they're my favourite troop! Learn to use archers properly and you'll see how good they are

Are we suppose to believe this guy who just said to use heal spells but he said he never built a spell factory?

The simple point is goblins can work in TH7/8, I use them myself. But once you start attacking TH9s, your goblins will die so fast you won't even get 25% on a base, worse if collector and storages are further into the base. DE is usually smacked in the middle.
I'm close to maxing TH8, about 10+ days away. Try attacking me with full goblin and wallbreakers. I dare you.

it's because you don't know how to use archers hence you think they're weak. It's like something you don't understand means it's useless to you. That's called ignorance

They aren't. Even with the daunting cost from lv 5 to lv 6 archers.

U just have to know how to use them effectively. :D

They can be used for:

1) Sniping townhalls
2) Clearing buildings to make way for your deployment
3) Defending your base against attackers. I've had my CC full of archers take down an entire hog army! (refers to Hypnotica replay :rolleyes)
4) As troop reinforcements during attacks.
5) Used extensively for BARCH.

There are so many ways to use them! Just be careful not to send them to the mortar mash land. :rolleyes:

Problem of gobs: they move in troops, so they're an easy target for wizard & mortar towers! Archers get spreaded in a line, so 1 mortar / wizardtower shot dont kills many of them. They also stay behind meatshields, goblins will just run in front of them...

you think they are over rated because you are town hall 7 and still have level 1 archers
