Best Town Hall 9 Pushing Strategy?

I am currently at 2550 trophies, and plan on pushing for masters two, possibly masters one or even champions. I have been using Balloonion this whole time. My army consists of

28 Balloons (Max)
40 Minions (Finished level 5 upgrade yesterday)
2 Rage Spells (Max)
1 Heal Spell (Max)
1 Lightning Spell (Level 5)

Although it has been serving me well, I can't find as many good bases to attack with this strategy as I get closer to masters. Once I get close to 2700 or 2800 cups, i'm guessing all I will see is TH 10s with infernos. I don't want to barch or 1 star balloonion, as that takes fairly long, and I don't have that much time to sit down and just raid.
What strategies work? I have considered GOWIWI, or GOWIPE. They both seem to work pretty well up there, but they consume a lot of resources, and can take hours to train. What would you guys use? What do you think is the best strat for TH 9?

I would ditch the heal spell. Read this guide:

It is a farming guide but if you scroll down there is the army composition. It explains balloonion really well. Read "Strategic Concerns" as well. Good stuff in there. You can then watch the videos. One of the videos explains the sandwich attack. It counters Disko IT's.

It is a very well written guide.
