I think only leaders should be able to promote co leaders. Co leaders shouldn't be allowed to promote elders to co leader. In my clan im co and 1 guy promoted his friend then by the end of the day about 20 elders were co. we had to wait for the leader to demote everyone back. Could cause an issue if the started kicking people.
