Well I am upgrading right now, but it took my friend about 5-6 months. He was crazy active and farmed a ton of loot.
It took Me about a year because I quit in the middle lol
The lab is a huge bottleneck. I maxed my defense/walls in 2 months and moved on right away.
7 months and 3 days. If you include the break and push in between, which happened only when I had one wall left and then I would be maxed and I had enough gold for it, then exactly two months more (9 months and 3 days). After about 3 months of starting TH8, I was only left with walls and DE upgrades though. My lix upgrades were maxed. And it took me like another 3 months to max my DE upgrades.
It took me around 4 months to max everything except research. I maxed all buildings, all walls, Barbarian king Level 10, and all elixir research except Pekkas for 6M elixir. The dark troops researches were mostly left to do because I figured I would have an easier time doing it with 2 drills than with one and it would take a long time to steal enough DE in TH8 while having my builders idle...
I believe it was around 2-3 months.
