How long did it take you to max at TH8?

I have been TH8 for just a few weeks now but am just wondering how long it took you higher lv peeps to max out at TH8. If you were wondering, that does include walls, all defenses, and all the other stuff you can upgrade.

It's been about a month for me and I have about 80 walls left... wiz tower.. teslas.. couple cannons and a few traps.. have some troops also.. it takes quite a while

I started playing February 1st. I maxed every town hall level and hit TH8 on May 1st. I have 6 bombs and 162 walls left to be fully maxed for gold. I have Pekkas and Healer upgrades for elixir. I have lvl 9 & 10 on BK and Golems/Valks/Minions left for DE.

I'll max my walls, bombs, and elixir upgrades before moving up, as well as getting BK to 10. I will skip Golems/Valks and will only do Minions if I still have walls left.

All in all, I will be maxed (minus Golems/Valks) at just under 3 months. I'm at 205 million GG and 175 million elixir grab for reference.

i´ve been in TH8 for about two months but im enjoying it. the only thing left for me to upgrade are the walls which i need to get to lvl 8 and the dark barracks, every troop is maxed and my barbarian king is at lvl 10, i will stay here untill i max my walls. I farm a bit everyday and full time on weekends.

At th8 the longest are the lab reasearches. I am upgrading to th9 and I have not finished them all but then again I have 5 builders which were busy non stop except at the end when I was upgrading walls. Maybe having 3 or 4 builders makes the timing better though.

According to my gamecenter, I upgraded to th8 on the 16th of April 2014 and I have 2 days left on the th9 upgrade.
I have finished upgrading defenses some time ago but I wanted skull walls done before moving to th9.

Everything is maxed except a few lab researches : gobelin 5/giant 5/wallbreaker 5/healer 3/ pekka 2/pekka 3/hog riders 4 which are worth 54 days of lab research and I didn't want to wait that long with full storages.

4 months and 12 days, maxed dark troops(except valks), did barb king to lvl 10, all skull walls, maxed defenses, etc. the only research i haven't done is pekkas and valks(i've probably cooked 8 of those troops combined).

If you don't gem and want to do all available research in lab, it will take a minimum of about 4 months.

Researching is the longest. I have everything lvl 5 that's possible to be except Loons and Goblins... I'll do the loons but I want to do the spells first.

After spells, I will do Loons LVL 5... then Dragon lvl 3.. then hogs lvl 4.. then minions.. etc etc... TOO LONG!

I think i've been sat here for around 3 months... my last defensive upgrade finishes in 7 days (tesla) leaving me with 140 walls, pekka lvl3, hog lvl 4 and valk/golem upgrades to do.

the remaining lab stuff will take around a month i think - I'm only going to wait until i have most of the skulls done before hitting the button though.

I've resisted jumping early because I want Legos and for my lab to only have new upgrades to do. . i think carrying things over now would be silly if i can help it.
