Stopping lightning spells collecting resources

So a lot of us have most definitely at one point been attacked with several lightning spells focused on our resource storages, most likely the dark elixir storage. I have been attacked by four to five level five lightning spells and have had about 2,000 dark elixir stolen within two to three seconds. This has really annoyed me as the attacker didn't have to use any skill, what-so-ever to earn the dark elixir they took. If I get 100% annihilated, that's something I just have to accept and live on with, they destroyed my base and got past my defenses, they deserve my resources. But this lightning spell has absolutely no skill required and can take a lot of resources if you have several stocked up. So my argument is to stop lightning spells from taking any resources when used on storages and instead, to replace it with a system like this:
Eg. A dark elixir storage has 10,000 health with 10,000 dark elixir stored. Each time a point of damage DEALT BY A TROOP is dealt to the storage, one dark elixir is stolen. A lightning spell is used which deals 5,000 damage to the storage. Rather than having the lightning spell dealing 5,000 damage and taking 5,000 dark elixir away. Change it so the lightning spell only deals 5000 damage and take NO dark elixir away. This may seem unfair, however this is another thing I came up with:
The storage now has 5000 health with 10,000 dark elixir stored. Therefore, each time a point of damage DEALT BY A TROOP is dealt to the storage, TWO dark elixir will be stolen. This way, the attacker will have to put some effort into taking resources rather than just blinding throwing down lightning spells and taking dark elixir that easily.
THE PROBLEM: Now if it were possible to destroy a dark elixir storage with ONLY lightning spells. Let the storage be invincible to spells at ONE health. If an enemy troop were to ever get to the storage and deal at least one point of damage, the storage is destroyed, ALL of the dark elixir available during the attack will be taken in one slash.
NOTE: If this is ever added to the game, let this affect ALL collectors and storages of any kind.

Dropping Cups and being a Bully
That is true. I won't go against you on that point, however, Supercell has already made a bit of a counter to that.
The counter: If you attack someone with a lower townhall than you, the resources and trophies (I think trophies are affected) available to you are at lower amounts.
Eg. I'm at TH9 attacking a TH7. I see 100K Gold and Elixir available. However, if I'm at TH7 attacking the same TH7, I could possibly see 150K Gold and 150K Elixir available. And if I'm a TH5 attacking the exact same TH7 again, I might probably see 200K Gold and 200K Elixir available.
I might be wrong, but I KNOW Supercell has a system that runs similar to this.
