Upgrade Cost: 5,000,000
Town Hall Required: 10
New Perk: Damages Hogs that jump over
Damage: 10 per jump

Green colored wall that looks poisoned.

Yes, a level 12 wall is fine.

No, it shouldn't do damage, because then it is basically a completely different building.

You see there can't be more than 1 lv gap between th lv and wall lv imo
