What trophy range is good for farming in th 10?

I always farm around 1800, 3mil/boosting

I am farming right now at crystal 2 with BAM, and I keep builders going 24/7. But might move up to Master 2 or so and use balloonion as I finnishing up my last defenses as th10 and will be working on heroes.

I will be TH10 in 2 days, so have moved up into Crystal. Finding many TH9s there at the moment so it will be my starting point. As I get stronger [or basically have my IT's finished] I will move higher.

Perfect advice - I used to farm gold in Crystal (for cannons and archer towers), but gave up after the latest update as it's not efficient enough (takes more hogs and heals). Now I've gone back to Masters (2700-2900), using only 16-20 balloons and minimal spells. At the right time of day and week, there are loads of juicy collectors, but regardless there are also storage raids, and if you are prepared to skip the poor and too-hard, you can almost always find something worth raiding for 2-400k gold + DE etc, in a few minutes max. If your TH10 is well upgraded, you can also log out for a long time between raids, before getting attacked, so it really suits casual raiding.

However, if you are quite new to TH10 what you really want is loads of elixer, so you could always go for BAM at as high a trophy count as you can manage - ideally low Crystal (you'll have to skip lots of TH8, so ideally 2100+). Crystal does have plenty of dead TH9/TH10 bases.

But yeah, don't rely on just collectors, TH10 needs to be prepared to do whatever it takes to find and then get the loot...
