Co-leader should be assigned to whom the leader sees fit, but there should be a limit of co-leaders.
Maybe 3?
Elder.. Elder should be assigned automatically to members who stay longer than a certain amount of time.
-Time maybe even set in clan settings. minimum 1-3 days?
Members stay member until required time is served, then the clan ranks them automatically.

no, i don't personally think this is a good idea, clans would not be unique anymore. also, this wold cause SO MUCH lag, the server has to know how much time each player has been in the clan and then automatically give out elder. also, hoppers could user this to destroy clans, just get in a clan and wait the allocated time and kick everybody. i think the leader should decide how many elders and co-leaders there are, it's his decision.
How about elder cannot kick people.
Co-leaders can, and the leader decides those.
Also, then Let me change the idea.
They do not automatically rank, but they rank themselves after the time required is met.
It would be exciting to "level up" I believe.
The members will level their self up when the ability to do it is allowed.
still, it takes power away from the leader and would cause lag... very creative idea tho.

But being elder just proves you are loyal.
From my own experience in my clan, I think there should only be a total of 2 maybe 3 co leaders and that they are the only ones that can accept/decline or kick players. I think elders should just be a title given to loyal players with no power and I personally would like to see some new ranks added like warrior,slayer etc instead of just member.
But there are always a lot of people who deserve co leader not only 3 this idea can wreck a lot of clans (including mine)
